Our guiding principle is to preserve a treasured landscape of the Western United States, enhancing its natural features with residences exuding an architectural character distinctive to the Black Hills of Wyoming. Acknowledging our responsibility to be good stewards, we intend to minimize any impact on the land, setting aside nearly 700 acres as open space.
