Just beyond the community you can go snowmobiling, skiing, hunting, fishing and exploring in the fabled Black Hills.

There are points of interest for the whole family including Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, the historic town of Deadwood, Devils Tower, gold mines and free roaming wildlife.

A: Yes, in accordance with suggested guidelines designed to preserve, protect and enhance the planned community.

A: There are future plans to have builder-crafted residences available with various floor plans.
