Owners and guests of The Wyoming Club will convene at the Clubhouse restaurant, whose menu will feature cuisine influenced by the American West. Prepared from fresh, seasonal ingredients procured in many cases from local and regional farms and ranches, the culinary range will cover a lot of territory. Patrons, drawn by the western décor and warm atmosphere, can look forward to gathering with family and friends in the large dining room, one of several intimate dining spaces or on the outdoor patio that overlooks the valley below.
The Wyoming Club’s wine selection will be quite diverse, including wines from the LaTour Winery in California, as well as wines from Italy, France, Germany, South America and Australia.
